Registering at sisterwives.com, services listed collectively as the "Service," you agree to all of this user agreement's terms and conditions. This agreement constitutes the Agreement between Sisterwives.com and you for your use of the service. You must agree to follow all of the terms and conditions in this agreement to become or remain an authorized user of the service. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully, as they form the Agreement between Sisterwives.com and you (User). If you do not agree to the terms and conditions, you may not register nor use the site.
By supplying Sisterwives.com with the required information and signing up as a member, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to all terms and conditions.
Right to Use
We may subject your right to use sisterwives.com to any limitations, conditions, and restrictions established and enforced by us from time to time, at our discretion. Sister wives can alter, suspend, or discontinue use or log in any time, and there may also be limits on certain features and aspects of the site or restrictions without notice.

Control
Sisterwives.com must not be viewed or used in, or exported or re-exported to, any area in which the access would constitute a violation of any law, regulation, rule, or custom. The user is solely responsible for complying with any laws or regulations.
18 and Up
Sisterwives.com is only to be accessed by users age 18 and older. Using Sisterwives.com, you warrant that you are aware that by using Sisterwives.com, you and all parties that have access via you are age 18 and older. If you violate this, your account will be subject to termination immediately, voiding any fees associated with memberships and the possibility of legal action.
Privacy
We will not resell your personal information to any third parties. For future reference, we may share all information you provide as necessary to comply with any applicable law and cooperate with law enforcement and the court system to investigate and prosecute suspected criminal activities.
Code of Conduct
- You are responsible for any content, type of material, data, or information you post on the site or display to any members of Sisterwives.com. You will keep all content provided to you through the site private and confidential and will not pass out such content to anyone without permission from the person who provided it to you;
- You will not use foul language, harass any member, degrade, or otherwise be nasty on this site, or we will suspend your account without notice.
- You will not upload illegal content including, but not limited to, Bestiality, Child Pornography, Cannibalism, Gunplay, Incest, Rape, or any other content deemed extreme to the site administrators. If you are unsure, please contact the admin to clarify.
- You will not use Sisterwives.com to ask for money, give or send money to any other members on the site.
- You may not transfer accounts, and your account is only for your personal use.
Content Posted
In displaying or posting on Sisterwives.com, you agree to forward Sisterwives.com a non-exclusive, fully paid, royalty-free, and worldwide license to use, modify, delete, add to, reproduce, and translate any content. Users may not post any information that mischaracterizes your identity, soliciting being used for unlawful purposes, or encourages illegal activities. If Actions brought against Sisterwives.com against the content said, users have posted and or engaged in prohibited activities outlined in this section or this agreement. In that case, you agree to indemnify and hold Sisterwives.com harmless for all costs and expenses, including, but not limited to, attorneys’ fees that may occur as a consequence of your posting of such content or engaging in such prohibited activities.
No Warranty
Sisterwives.com does not guarantee, nor assume responsibility for verifying, any accuracy of any other user.
- Users acknowledge that you cannot bring legal action against Sisterwives.com or any of its employees, officers, or agents for any damages of any kind. Under any theory, all images to Sisterwives.com become the site's property and may be utilized without restriction as marketing materials. By accepting the agreement and terms and conditions, you expressly authorize Sisterwives.com to use any images you upload to the company for marketing the site in our sole discretion.
- You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Monitoring
We reserve the right to monitor any public, private postings, messages, and chat to ensure the content follows guidelines. In this Agreement, Sisterwives.com is not responsible for any offensive or obscene material. You also permit sister wives to look into any complaints by other members, background checking, and court case checking; any information found may be cause for the account's termination. You hold harmless Sisterwives.com for all procedures taken.
Termination of Access
Sisterwives.com may at any time terminate or Suspend your account for not following the agreement, terms, and conditions.
No responsibility
We are not responsible for damages of any kind from accessing or using Sisterwives.com resulting from viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other losses.
Account and Your Responsibility
Sister Wives reserve the right to cancel or suspend at any time the membership of anyone who uses their selected username in violation of these terms.
No Warranties
The service is distributed on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that this service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Communications
Sisterwives.com may communicate with you in various manners, including direct emails to you or through messages posted through the site.
Modifications
Sister Wives will modify this agreement from time to time. It is your responsibility to stay current on all terms and conditions.
Disclosure and Other Communication
We reserve the right to send electronic mail to inform you of changes or additions to the service or any related products and services. We reserve the right to disclose information about your usage of the Service and Demographics in forms that do not reveal your identity.
Complaints
To resolve or report a complaint regarding Sisterwives.com or members, users should use the report button within their profile and include the necessary information. Sisterwives.com will investigate and address the problem.
Membership Fees
You may choose monthly recurring billing or single charge memberships to whichever package you prefer.
Billing Errors
If you believe that sister wives billed you incorrectly, please notify us immediately of such an error.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis. You may request a refund via email at contact@sisterwives.com, or phone us at 1-601-514-0787.
NO WARRANTIES, LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You agree that your use of Sisterwives.com is at your sole risk, and you assume responsibility that the site/app is "As-Is."
Jurisdiction/Disputes
Matters regarding sister wives and its terms and conditions shall be governed by laws in the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Users agree that any controversies, disputes, or claims arising out of this agreement, shall be exclusively governed by arbitration. The place of arbitration shall be Carroll County, Arkansas.
Picture Requirements
The members are required to have a current picture showing the face. You may also set your profile picture to friends only. However, one image is required; failure to do so will result in your profile getting suspended. Please note that you can not set the face picture to password protected.
Advertising on Sisterwives.com
Members are not allowed to promote products or services on sisterwives.com without the written consent of sisterwives.com.
If anyone is promoting products or services on sisterwives.com without the written consent of sisterwives.com, you will be subject to legal actions in the state of
Arkansas, County of Carroll. You will also be Responsible for All Legel Fees of sisterwives.com.
Termination or Cancellation
When you terminate your membership with Sisterwives.com, sister wives will automatically delete the profile, and you will be unable to access your account. The terms of this agreement shall survive after termination or cancellation unless stated otherwise. Recurring Memberships must submit a cancellation request within seven days of his/her billing cycle to avoid being charged again for the following month. To request cancellation, and/or termination of your account you may delete your account via the account deletion button located under profile edit. Alternatively you may send your request to contact@sisterwives.com, or reach us by phone at 1-601-514-0787.
To cancel your subscription via our app you must do so within google play, or the apple store.
FRIENDLY FRAUD
In the Event of Friendly Fraud against matchmakers inc, you understand that matchmakers inc will place any outstanding debt owed to matchmakers inc with a debt collection agency. You also understand that matchmakers inc may report this debt directly to the credit bureaus. Matchmakers Inc also reserves the right to file civil and criminal charges against the debtor.
LEGAL
Using sister wives, you are using it to understand that sisterwives.com encourages its users/members to check Local Laws before pursuing cohabitants.
Sisterwives.com and its affiliates are not responsible for any legal actions brought against its users/members for breaking Local and Federal Laws. Under US Federal Law, Polygamy / Bigamy is illegal. Sisterwives.com Does not support breaking any Local or Federal laws. The purpose of sisterwives.com is for (cohabitants) based relationships and cohabitants alone. If Federal and or State Laws change, then sisterwives.com will make changes accordingly.
You understand that sister wives in the name are not promoting incest and that the meaning of sister wives as sisterwives.com uses it, is for polyamory-based relationships.
If anyone uses sisterwives.com for such use, then sister wives reserve the right to suspend the offending account and report the account user and or users to the proper authorities.
Using sisterwives.com, you also understand that we do not support relationships under the age of 18. If a user is promoting such relationships, he/she understands that sister wives will suspend the offending account immediately, and sisterwives.com reserves the right to report the user and or users to the proper authorities.
By Joining Sister Wives, you agree to all the terms and conditions on (Sister Wives) sisterwives.com.
You, the user and or users of (Sister Wives) sisterwives.com, understand that you will be responsible for all legal fees incurred by sisterwives.com if you infringe on these terms and conditions of ( Sister Wives) sisterwives.com.
